About Bay Area Meals on Wheels, Inc.

We are a nonprofit organization staffed entirely by volunteers, chartered in 1982.  We deliver hot meals Monday through Friday (and a sandwich and fruit if requested and diet permits for the evening supper) to area homebound persons living roughly within the boundaries of Clear Creek ISD.  We also deliver frozen meals for weekend use if requested.  Most of our clients are elderly, have limited budgets and are unable to contribute even minimally to the cost of their meals.  Contributions from clients are accepted but not required for meal delivery.  Meals are prepared and purchased from a local catering source.  We have no connection with United Way.
